We would like to hereby inform you that due to the upcoming public holiday in Bulgaria on September 22nd, Thursday (Independence Day) the invoicing and payment schedule applicable to net purchases has been changed in accordance with the table below. We would also like to remind you that pursuant to art. 231 of the Power Exchange Operational Rules the available collateral of trading participants intending to make purchases at positive prices and/or sales at negative prices has to be higher than the total liability to the operator, and the available collateral shall be equal or higher than the net incurred liability to the operator at any time. Accordingly, we appeal that you take timely action in case updating of collateral and/or a prepayment is needed.
