Regarding the upcoming public holiday on May 24th , we would like to inform you that a temporary adjustment to the invoicing and payment schedule is to be applied, in accordance with the table below.
We would also like to remind you that pursuant to Аrt. 231 of the Power exchange operational rules the available collateral of trading participants intending to make purchases at positive prices and/or sales at negative prices has to be higher than the total liability to the operator, and the available collateral shall be equal or higher than the net incurred liability to the operator at any time. Accordingly, we appeal that you take timely action in case updating of collateral is needed.
