Customer Advisory Board is a collective advisory body to IBEX EAD, which provides assistance and supports the power exchange operator in settling issues related to the development and operation of the day ahead market on a voluntary basis. Upon its establishment the Board shall aim at supporting and improving the communication between IBEX EAD and trading participants, registered on the power exchange for electricity.
The Board shall be established pursuant to a decision of the Board of Directors of IBEX EAD. The Board members are representatives from the various categories of trading participants, registered on the electricity power exchange, administered by IBEX EAD (power producers, traders, consumers). The main purposes of the Board are described in the IBEX EAD Customer Advisory Board Rulebook.
