Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange EAD entirely supports creating a corruption – intolerant environment through honest behavior (integrity) and compliance with the laws that regulate countering corruption.

Our understanding is that corruption is one of the most serious threats to the rule of law, democracy and human rights. Corruption undermines good governance and social justice, hinders economic development and distorts competition.

The exchange market operator expresses its confidence that all trading participants have also adopted the same zero-tolerance approach to corruption.

Including an anti-corruption clause in the contents of the agreements executed constitutes a confirmation of the commitment to integrity and prevention of corruption.
