Transparency of wholesale energy markets requires that market participants disclose inside information in a manner that allows information to be disclosed to the wide public providing easy and equal access to all users of such information. The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) lays down in the REMIT Implementation Guideline that for effective disclosure in accordance with article 4 REMIT the information shall be disclosed via an Inside Information Platform, i.e. an electronic system for provision of information which complies with the minimum requirements for quality and allows many market participants to share information to the wide public.
IBEX EAD via an inside information platform certified by ACER provides to market participants an option to comply with their obligation for inside information disclosure in accordance with art. 4, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) № 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and the Council of 25 October 2011 on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency.

The market participants registered on the Inside Information Platform of IBEX EAD are allowed to create and publish new messages in the platform as well as to update already published messages. In order to do so, the market participants that wish to use the platform of Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange EAD shall complete an initial registration process.
The registration procedure is stipulated in Instruction № 7 Inside information disclosure on the website of IBEX EAD.
The steps for registration on the Inside Information Platform of IBEX EAD are:
- Submission of an Application for access and use of inside information publish services on Inside Information Platform: https://ibex.bg/download/application-inside-information-platform/
- Conclusion of an Agreement for providing inside information publishing services on Inside Information Platform: https://ibex.bg/download/agreement-inside-information-platform/
- Provision of access to the persons authorized by the market participant.
- The market participant refers to the inside information platform of IBEX EAD in its profile in the Centralized European Register of Energy Market Participants (CEREMP).
