The trading participant must be registered in the register of the issued, transferred or cancelled guarantees of origin maintained by the Sustainable Energy Development Agency (SEDA).

Registration Procedure
You would like to register on the guarantees of origin exchange market? It is necessary to follow the steps listed below, which represent the registration procedure:
Submission of documents
- Application for registration with its appendices (an online generated registration form which is filled in, downloaded and signed by the company authorized representative) - Agreement for participation - Self-billing agreement All the documents are sent to application@ibex.bg (if signed by hand, two hard copies are sent to the contact address of IBEX).

Concluding an Agreement for participation in the GOs exchange market
After acceptance of the application for registration, the next step is conclusion of the agreement for participation and self-billing agreement.
Payment of the applicable fees
Within 10 working days of signing the agreement for participation in the guarantees of origin exchange market, the trading participant shall have to pay the applicable prices in accordance with item 4 of the Guarantees of origin trading rule book. Provision of access
After the trading participant has completed the steps listed above, the operator shall provide access to the Guarantees of origin electronic trading system to the persons listed under Section II in the Application for registration.
