Dear trading participants,
With regard to the longer sequence of non-working days during the upcoming Orthodox Easter (May, 2nd ) we would like to remind you that pursuant to art. 231 of the Power exchange operational rules the available collateral of trading participants intending to make purchases at positive prices and/or sales at negative prices has to be higher than the total liability to the operator, and the available collateral shall be equal or higher than the net incurred liability to the operator at any time.
In this regard we appeal that before the upcoming holidays you take timely action in case updating of collateral and/or a prepayment is needed.
In addition, we would like to inform you that May, 6th is a non-working day in Bulgaria.
