With regard to the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays we would like to remind you that a series of non-working days is coming. We would also like to remind that in accordance with the Power exchange operational rules the available collateral of trading participants intending to make purchases at positive prices and/or sales at negative prices has to be higher than the total liability to the operator, and the available collateral shall be equal or higher than the net incurred liability to the operator at any time.
In this regard we appeal that you take timely action in case updating of collateral and/or a prepayment is needed.
