Dear trading participants on the Guarantees of Origin exchange market,
We would like to hereby inform you that, due to a temporary technical outage and limited access to the Sustainable Energy Development Agency (SEDA) electronic administrative services portal between 12:00 PM on October 7, 2026, and 12:00 PM on October 8, 2026, there may be some delay in the invoicing process and transfer of Guarantees of Origin following auctions held on the Guarantees of Origin exchange market.
For your convenience, the deadline for payment of amounts due to IBEX (three business days following the invoice issue date) will remain unchanged and will commence from the date of invoice issuance.
Once the technical maintenance of the SEDA electronic administrative services portal is completed and the access to the services is restored, all processes related to the Guarantees of Origin exchange market will resume according to the standard procedures and timelines.
